BLAS is an American rock band from Austin, Texas. The band’s lineup includes founder Blas Moreno (songwriter, producer, guitar, drums, vocals), Laura Moreno (songwriter, vocals), and Gina G Osmar (drums). BLAS is known for their high energy, heavy guitar, technical performances, evolving a rock style that combines Texas blues, garage rock, thrash metal, surf and pop genres. BLAS is recording their debut album in 2023 at Electrical Audio studios in Chicago, Illinois with engineer Steve Albini.
